Derivatives market T1 test environment upgrade

Starting 18^th of October, 2023, derivatives market T1 test environment will be unavailable due to upgrade to SPECTRA version 7.18. Upgrade is to be finished by 23^rd of October 2023.

Full list of changes, new documentation, software distributives and schemes will be published after test environment is upgraded.
