Annual load testing of Moscow Exchange trading and clearing systems

The joint public load testing on the production infrastructure of MOEX and SPB EXCHANGE is scheduled for October 26, 2024. The public testing will impact the FX and Derivatives markets, as well as the main segment of the Securities market.

The load testing provides trading members and their clients with an opportunity to measure the performance and capacity of their systems, as well as to evaluate network bandwidth requirements under high transaction rates. This will help plan necessary infrastructure updates to address potential "bottlenecks".

An invitation to participate and testing schedule will be sent at a later date.

If you choose not to participate, we recommend disconnecting your bridges and terminals from all trading systems for the weekend of October 26-27, 2024 to avoid receiving test market data.
