Notice of an upcoming Russian Federation government bonds auction

Please be advised that in accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, on June 6, 2012 an auction will be organized for additional placement of Russian Federation government bonds with a fixed coupon, issue No. 25079RMFS, for a total amount of RUB10 billion.

The Bank of Russia has established the following auction schedule:

• 11.00 – 11.30 – submission of bids for 25079RMFS bonds
• 12.30 – announcement of the cut-off price for 25079RMFS bonds

Share of not competitive bids is capped at 25% of the total volume of bids submitted by the dealer.

Prospective holders of the bonds that will be offered at the auction: residents and non-residents.

The auction's settlement code determined in accordance with an instruction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is S0.
