Auction for additional placement of Russian Federation Government bonds announced

Please be advised  that in accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on June 20, 2012, an auction for additional placement of Russian Federation Government bonds (OFZ) with a constant coupon, issue No. 26208RMFS, for a total amount of RUB39 billion will be run in MICEX-RTS.

The Bank of Russia has established the following auction schedule:

• 11.00 – 11.30 – submission of bids for 26208RMFS bonds.
• 12.30 – announcement of the cut-off price for 26208RMFS bonds.

Share of noncompetitive bids: no more than 25% from a total bid volume submitted by a dealer.

Potential holders of the securities are determined as residents and non-residents.

Auction's settlement code determined in accordance with an instruction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is S0.
