Risk parameters change for the currency pair PLT/RUB

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 29.09.2025, 10-08 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 4678.58 rub for the settlement term TOD) and initial margins (up to 17.08 %) for the currency pair PLT/RUB were changed. New values are available here.
