Trading in ordinary shares of Azot Kemerovo Open Joint-Stock Company to be resumed

Starting from June 21, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of Azot Kemerovo Open Joint-Stock Company (trading system code AZKM) will be resumed in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, due to resumption of operations in the depository registration system of National Settlement Depository. The shares are included in the section "Unlisted securities".
