Risk parameters change for the currency pair PLD/RUB

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 30.01.2026, 11-42 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 4116.13 rub for the settlement term TOD) and initial margins (up to 25.92 %) for the currency pair PLD/RUB were changed. New values are available here.
