Trading modes "Qualified investors"
The new version of the Trading rules of CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" for the securities market (further the Trading rules) allow to execute trades in securities intended for qualified investors.
Trading modes "Qualified investors" are limited to the Qualified investors – Main trading mode and/or Qualified investors – Negotiated trades mode.
The Innovative and Investment Market 2 – Negotiated trades mode trading mode was added to the list of trading modes for securities admitted to trading in the Innovation and Investment Market.
Specific features of submitting orders and executing trades in the Qualified investors – Main trading mode are similar to those applied to the Main trading mode trading sessions.
Specific features of submitting orders and executing trades in the Qualified investors – Negotiated trades mode and Innovation and Investment Market 2 – Negotiated trades mode trading modes are similar to those applied to the Negotiated trades mode.
