Auctions for additional placement of Russian Federation government bonds announced

Please be advised that that in accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, on July 04, 2012 auctions for additional placement of constant coupon Russian Federation government bonds, issues No. 26205RМFS and No. 25080RМFS will be run in OJSC MICEX-RTS. The amounts of the offers are RUB17 billion and RUB15 billion respectively.

The Bank of Russia has established the following procedure for running the auctions:

• 11:00 - 11:30 - submission of bids for 26205RМFS bonds;
• 12:30 - announcement of the cut-off price for the issue No. 26205RМFS;
• 13:00 - 13:30 - submission of bids for 25080RМFS bonds;
• 14:30 - announcement of the cit-off price for the issue No. 25080RМFS.

Share of non-competitive bids is capped 25% of the total volume of bids submitted by the dealer.

Prospective holders of the bonds that will be offered at the auction: residents and non-residents.

The auction's settlement code determined in accordance with an instruction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is S0.
