Trading in fund units of the closed-end rent mutual fund Renaissance Real Estate to be suspended

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" trading in the fund units of the closed-end rent mutual fund "Renaissance-Real Estate" included into the Non-Listed Securities of the List of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" will be suspended from November 31, 2012/

The parameters of the fund units are the following: 0556-94123233 as of 13.07.2006;

• state registration number of the rules for trust management:
• ISIN code — RU000A0JNWT2;
• trading code — RU000A0JNWT2.

The decision to suspend trading in the above-mentioned securities was taken based on information on a cessation of the closed-end rent mutual fund "Renaissance-Real Estate" published by "Renaissance Real Estate" Asset Management Company" (LLC) in the Interfax"s news feed on November 06, 2012 and in accordance with the order issued by the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" on November 06, 2012.
