Trading in ordinary shares of Seligdar OJSC to be ceased and parameters of certain securities to be changed

Please be advised that starting from November 07, 2012 trading in the ordinary shares of Seligdar OJSC (state registration number — 1-01-32694-F-003D as of 28.12.2011; trading code — SELG-003D) will be ceased due to a consolidation of securities issues and cancellation of ID numbers (codes) of the additional share issue.

Please be also informed that on November 07, 2012 new parameters of the ordinary shares of Seligdar OJSC, included into the Quotation List A, Level 2 (trading code — SELG) come into force. In particular, the number of securities in the issue of the shares will be changed:

• the current number of securities in the issue: 620,500,000 units;
• the new number of securities in the issue: 737,354,730 units.
