Additional securities market clearing reports

Dear securities market members, 
Starting from 13 August 2018 two new clearing XML reports will be added on MOEX securities market:
 
EQM48: Report on association of instruments with trading/clearing accounts during placement and buyback auctions. Report will be sent to clearing members who have type 'A' accounts with issuer account partitions or type 'M' accounts with treasury depo partitions. Report will list securities associated with issuer and treasury accounts. 
EQMLIST: List of sent clearing reports. Report will include all reports sent out during the last day, including their dispatch time.
 
Updated specs with changes highlighted are available at MOEX web site: http://www.moex.com/s2009
