Trading in shares of Saint Petersburg Sale Company OJSC to be suspended

Please be informed that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading, trading in ordinary and preferred shares of Saint Petersburg Sale Company OJSC will be suspended from December 11, 2012.

Trading in securities is suspended due to the notification of National Settlement Depository on a suspension of operations in the securities in the depository reporting system as of December 10, 2012, as the securities mentioned are to be bought out in compliance with the federal law “On Joint Stock Companies”, article 84.8.
