On suspension of trading in ordinary shares of Seligdar OJSC

Please be advised that due to the decrease in the market prices of the ordinary shares of Seligdar OJSC (state registration number 1-01-32694-F, trading code — SELG), included into Quotation List A, Level 2 of the CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange trading in these securities have been suspended on December 28, 2012 at 10:52 MSK in all trading modes, except for "Repo trades" trading mode and the "Negotiated trades" trading mode. The decrease in prices was more than 20% from the closing price of the previous trading day during ten minutes in a row within the current trading session. Trading in Seligdar OJSC ordinary shares is expected to be resumed on December 28, 2012 at 11:22 MSK.
