Update of securites market T0 and T1 environments

On 23 December 2019 we plan to upgrade the Securities market T1 and T0 environments (INET_GATEWAY and UAT_GATEWAY).

So the work schedule of these environments will be different on that date:

07:00 MSK - trading start
13:00 - end of trading, clearing start
14:00 - end of clearing
14:00 to 17:00 - trading start with date 23.12.2019
17:00 to 19:00 - upgrading, system downtime
19:00 - trading start with the next date (24.12.2019)

Orders and trades entered after 14:00 will be reset on the next morning.
