Risk parameters change for the security CARG-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 23.02.2022, 19-20 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2285) and initial margins (up to 26.25 %) for the security CARG-RM were changed. New values are available here
