Risk parameters change for the security HFC-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 23.02.2022, 23-06 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2193) and initial margins (up to 35 %) for the security HFC-RM were changed. New values are available here
