MICEX-RTS operating schedule for May holidays

Please be advised that in accordance with a resolution made by the MICEX-RTS Board of Directors, Monday, 7 May, 2012 and Tuesday, 8 May, 2012 will be regular business days for the Derivatives and Securities markets of the Exchange.   The arrangement was made in order to minimize risks associated with long-term closure of trading for participants, investors and the whole Russian financial market.

The issue of carrying out trading during the May holidays was considered by the Derivatives market and Securities Market Committees in late March. MICEX-RTS will provide trading members with an opportunity to trade securities and derivatives instruments during the holidays on 7th and 8th May, 2012.
