Trading in shares of Omskenergosbyt to be suspended
According to a direction issued by CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on April 20, 2012 the following securities will suspend trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange starting from April 23, 2012:
- ordinary shares of Omsk Power Sale Company Open Joint-Stock Company (trading system code OMSB);
- preferred shares of Omsk Power Sale Company Open Joint-Stock Company (trading system code OMSBP).
The securities were included in the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of Securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
The decision was made based on information on state registration of the securities issue placed by conversion of the ordinary and preferred shares of Omsk Power Sale Company Open Joint-Stock Company admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. The information was released via the Interfax's news feed on April 19, 2012.
Please pay your attention to the fact that the decision to suspend trading in the above-mentioned securities starting from June 4, 2012 and cease their trading starting from June 7, 2012 was made by the Directorate of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on March 1, 2012 on the basis of an application for excluding securities from the list of securities admitted to trading in MICEX Stock Exchange filed by Omskenergosbyt and recommendations of the Securities Market Committee.
