On cessation of trading in securities of JSC “OGK-2” and changing securities parameters
Trading in the following securities will be ceased from April 24, 2012, due to consolidation of securities issues and cancellation of individual numbers (codes):
- ordinary shares of Open Joint-Stock Second Generation Company of the wholesale electricity market (state registration number 1-02-65105-D-004D as of 25.08.2011, trading system code OGKB-004D).
In addition, the parameters of primary issue of the ordinary shares of the company are to be changed as of April 24, 2012:
