Trading in ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant OJSC to be suspended

From May 5, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant Open Joint-Stock Company (state registration number 1-01-20284-F as of 26.03.2004, ISIN code RU0009257083; ticker UUAZ) will be suspended, due to an offer to buy back these securities made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

The decision to suspend trading in the above-mentioned securities made based on a notification on suspension of operations in the securities of the company in the depository registration system at the end of the trading day of 04.05.2012 issued by National Settlement Depository.
