Trading in shares of LOMO PLC. to be suspended

Trading in ordinary and preferred shares of LOMO PLC. will be suspended on May 3, 2012. The securities are included into the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.

The decision to suspend trading was made in accordance with Listing rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of the Exchange on November 3, 2011 based on an application on excluding securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange filed by the issuer and an order No 55-r as of January 30, 2012 issued by CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
