Shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant OJSC to be excluded from MICEX SC and MICEX MNF\RTSin Indices

Ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant OJSC will be removed from the constituent lists of the MICEX Start Cap Index (MICEX SC) and industry sector index MICEX MNF\RTSin, due to a suspension of trading in these securities following an offer to buy them back made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

Ordinary shares of OAO "PROTEK" (PRTK) will replace the ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant OJSC in the constituent list of the cap index. The replacement will be made in accordance with the rules for calculation of the cap indices. Weighting coefficients for shares included into the MICEX SC, MICEX MNF, RTSin indices will thereby be recalculated. New values of the weighting coefficients will take effect on May 5, 2012. In addition, adjusting coefficient Z will be recalculated for the RTSin Index.
