                Trading in securities of two issuers will be suspended from 07 May through 08 May 2012

                In accordance with a direction issued by CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, trading in the following securities will be halted from Monday, 07 May 2012 through Tuesday, 08 May 2012:

                • bonds of Rosbank series A5 (trading system code RU000A0JQH69);
                • bonds of Rosbank series A3 (trading system code RU000A0JQH77);
                • bonds of Russian Railways Open Joint-Stock Company series 07 (trading system code RU000A0GJNG2).
