Trading in shares of Azot Kemerovo to be suspended

From May 22, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of Azot Kemerovo Open Joint-Stock Company (state registration number 1-02-10051-F as of 10.04.1998, ISIN code RU0009109425, trading system code AZKM) will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, due to a submitted request to buy back these securities made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission to trading and trading of securities in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved be the Board of Directors of the Exchange on February 10, 2012 based on a notification on suspension of operations in the above-mentioned securities within the depository registration system at the end of the trading day of 21.05.2012 submitted by National Settlement Depository on 28.04.2012.

The securities are included in the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MCIEX Stock Exchange.
