Trading in units of mutual fund managed by SM.art asset management company to be ceased

From May 18, 2012, in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission to trading and trading of securities in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, trading in units of closed-end mortgage mutual fund "SM.art - Mortgage" managed by Closed Joint Stock Company "SM.art" Management Company" (state registration number of the Rules for trust managing 1383-94197693 as of 27.02.2009, trading system code RU000A0JR2M0) will be ceased, due to an application on excluding the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange filed by the management company.

The securities were included in the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
