Update of the rules for forming the SEM21 report

Clarification to the previously announced changes in trading reports for the Securities market, as described in Developer Newsletter #17 "Technological changes in the Securities market system as of March 1, 2025":

Since the launch of additional weekend session, the following rules for forming the SEM21 report have been established.

The report is formed and sent:

• On the day of the additional weekend session with data from that session only.
• After the completion of the main session – the report includes data from the morning and main sessions.
• After the completion of the evening session – the report includes data from the evening session and full day results.
