Clarification in the client registration procedure during additional weekend session

Clarification to the previously announced in the Developer Newsletter №17 registration procedure for clients during weekends:

Messages with operations of type 'L' will be processed only for new short trading codes. Messages of type 'L' related to changing market information for currently valid (previously registered) short trading codes will be rejected with an error.
