Trading in shares of Chita Energy Retail Company OJSC to be suspended

From May 21, 2012 trading in the following securities will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange:

1. ordinary shares of Chita Energy Retail Company Open Joint-Stock Company ( state registration number 1-01-55178-E as of 04.04.2006, trading system code CHSB), and
2. preferred shares of Chita Energy Retail Company Open Joint-Stock Company ( state registration number 2-01-55178-E as of 04.04.2006, trading system code CHSBP).

Trading in the above-mentioned securities will be suspended, due to information on state registration of securities issues placed by conversion of given securities.
