Trading in shares of six issuers to be suspended

From June, 04, 2012 trading in the following securities will be suspended in CJSC MICEX-Stock Exchange:

• ordinary shares of OAO "Bryanskenergosbyt" (BNSB),
• preferred shares of OAO "Bryanskenergosbyt"  (BNSBP),
• ordinary shares of OAO "Ivenergosbyt" (IVSB),
• preferred shares of OAO "Ivenergosbyt" (IBSBP),
• ordinary shares of JSC OREL ENERGY (ORSB),
• preferred shares of JSC OREL ENERGY (ORSBP),
• ordinary shares of OAO "Penzaenergosbyt" (PZSB),
• preferred shares of OAO "Penzaenergosbyt" (PZSBP),
• ordinary shares of Tomsk Power Sale Company (TOSB),
• preferred shares of Tomsk Power Sale Company (TOSBP),
• ordinary shares of Tver Power Sale Company (TVSB),
• preferred shares of Tver Power Sale Company (TVSBP).

From June 07, 2012 trading in the above-mentioned securities will be ceased.

The suspension and following cessation of trading will take place in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission to trading and trading of securities in Closed Joint Stock Company MICEX Stock Exchange, due to applications on exclusion of securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange submitted by the issuers, and based on recommendations of the Securities Market Committee of the Exchange.
