Changes in receiving data with TWIME IQS

Dear TWIME users,

We inform you that there are changes to TWIME IQS connection settings planned for February 17^th, 2020. Transactional and Recovery services gateways will be unified to one IP and port which should be used for full session crash recovery: users should use one gateway both for session short-term crash recovery and full session crash recovery. In both cases user should request missing messages using RetransmitRequest message.
The upcoming RFS service will be using the same principle.
