Settlement codes for trades in ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant OJSC to be limited

In accordance with the Trading rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of MICEX Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011 and a direction issued by the Exchange, the following provisions will take effect as of April 28, 2012 regarding submitting orders to execute trades in documentary registered ordinary shares of Ulan-Ude Aircraft-Building Plant Open Joint-Stock Company (state registration number 1-01-20284-F as of 26.03.2004, ticker UUAZ):

1. From April 28, 2012 settlement codes implying settlement of trades in the securities of the company no later than on May 3, 2012 are permitted.
2. From May 4, 2012 permitted settlement code will be T0.
