Changes in the testing schedule for additional weekend session

An adjustment has been made to the previously announced testing procedure for additional weekend session, as described in Developer Newsletter #19. Trading reports distribution dates and procedure are clarified as follows:

1. Between 11:10 and 12:00, trading reports for February 16 will be distributed.
2. At 17:30, trading reports for February 17 will be distributed.
3. Reports will be sent to recipients from the existing mailing list.
