Changes in client registration procedure during additional weekend session

Upon request from our clients, we are implementing the following client registration procedure during weekends starting from March 1, which differs from what was announced earlier in Developer Newsletter #17.

1. On weekends, messages with creation operations (A) and adding (L) new short trading codes will be processed on the Securities market, Derivatives market, and FX market.
2. The unified client registration service will register clients on the Securities market immediately, while registration on other markets will occur on Monday.
3. Messages of types "U", "M", "R", and "D" will be rejected with an error during weekends.
4. Reports on client registration in additional weekend session will be sent to members on Monday.
