Risk parameters change for the security BIDU-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 03.03.2021, 22-24 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 19510) and initial margins (up to 21.25 %) for the security BIDU-RM were changed. New values are available here
