Risk parameters change for the security TXN-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 04.03.2021, 21-10 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 11471) and initial margins (up to 17.5 %) for the security TXN-RM were changed. New values are available here
