Risk parameters change for the security MU-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 04.03.2021, 21-12 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 5743) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security MU-RM were changed. New values are available here
