Risk parameters change for the security UPS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 27.07.2021, 16-54 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 13461) and initial margins (up to 19.5 %) for the security UPS-RM were changed. New values are available here
