Risk parameters change for the security HHRU

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 04.08.2022, 16-50 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 1871.0) and initial margins (up to 62.5 %) for the security HHRU were changed. New values are available here
