Additional announcement about planned release 06.12.2021

Dear Clients,

In addition to the announcement about planned release of trading and clearing systems we would like to inform you about next changes.

Securities market
Morning session, changes in trading reports SEM02, SEM03
Attribute SessionNo is allocated in new node SESSION now. This change allows to identify data blocks of morning session and normal trading session.

Updates in ASTS Bridge interfaces IFCBroker41 and IFCBroker42

· Table BANKACC is supplemented with fields ISOLATEDCLIENT (Segregated client)and TAXBANKACCID (Tax settlement account/code ID in the settlement house)
· Table STATS supplemented with field TESTDATA (Flag that indicates test trading session held on production or test environment)

This update will be available in INET UAT environment in the beginning of next week.

FX market
To increase pricing efficiency on FX Market there will be implemented Opening auction. We would like to invite you to participate in testing in INETCUR T1 UAT environment.

We would like to kindly invite you to take part in testing the additional morning trading session on the Moscow Exchange Equities Market, which is held from 09:00am to 11:00am Moscow time at the T1 (INET) test environment.

Effective December 6, 2021, trading hours on the Moscow Exchange Equities Market will be extended by an additional 3 hours due to the introduction of the morning trading session. Clients in Siberia and the Russian Far East as well as the Asia-Pacific region will benefit from more convenient trading hours. Market participants will be able to respond more quickly to changing global market dynamics and implement additional trading and arbitrage opportunities in the morning hours.

At the first stage, the morning session will offer trading in all stocks in the MOEX Russia Index (IMOEX) and the most liquid international shares and DRs. The full list of securities will be published on the Moscow Exchange website in due course. In the second phase, it is planned to add exchange-traded funds.

The morning trading session will run from 6:50 am to 9:50 am Moscow time on the following schedule:

· The Central Order Book T+ (T+ 2) - 06:50:00am - 06:59:(31-59)am - Opening Auction; 07:00:00am - 09:49:59am - Trading period.
Further, from 09:50:00am - for securities traded in the morning trading session, the trading period of the main trading session starts. For securities not admitted to trading in the morning trading session, everything remains unchanged: from 09:50:00am the Opening Auction starts.
· Negotiated trades / negotiated trades with CCP - from 06:50:00am to 09:49:59am. Further, from 09:50:00am, negotiated trades / negotiated trades with the CCP start as part of the main trading session.

During the morning trading hours, the mechanism to limit the aggressiveness of orders on MOEX Equity Market will be applied, which is now used in the main trading session. Market makers will maintain liquidity through the morning trading hours.
